3D Printing service for companies: Instant price, prototypes & small series - fast on account

You quickly need a component for prototypeing, fixtures or spare parts? With us, you as a company get a clear process without waiting times: Upload a file → automatic analysis → calculate live price → get manufactured. Optionally with technischer consulting and order with payment by invoice.

3D-Printing service for companies - fast production, consulting, tested models
For companies, speed + reliability count: verified models, clear costs and fast production.

You don't want to compare offers first, but want to know immediately what it costs? Upload your file and calculate the price live.

Why companies use 3D printing (and why speed matters)

In everyday business life, it is often not about "decoration", but about Problem solvinga part is missing, an assembly needs a gauge, a prototype has to go to a meeting tomorrow or a small series needs to start without tool costs. This is exactly what 3D printing is ideal for: fast, flexible and direct production from the file.

Typical advantages in B2B

  • No tooling costs: ideal for prototypes and small batches
  • Fast iteration (version A/B/C)
  • spare parts recreate statt Stillstand
  • Fixtures and gauges for assembly and quality control

What companies weklich nervt

  • Offer ping pong by mail
  • Unclear prices until the end
  • File errors discovered too late
  • Poor fit → rework

How it works for companies: Upload → Analysis → Instant price → Manufacturing

  1. STL/STEP/OBJ upload (also 3MF/IGES etc. possible)
  2. Automatic analysis: Dimensions/geometry, typical STL problems (e.g. not watertight)
  3. Optional repair/scaling directly in der Oberfläche
  4. Choose material and print mode (e.g. standard or very fine)
  5. calculate live price and benefit from volume discounts when needed
  6. Order — available to businesses on request with payment by invoice and with consulting

For technical parts, we recommend:

Check briefly before ordering: Wall thicknesses, fits, functional surfaces - and consult us briefly for critical parts. This way you avoid expensive iterations.

Typische B2B-applicationen (die sofort Mehrwert bringen)

  • prototypes: shape/design checks, functional samples, test setups
  • fixtures & Lehrenassembly aids, drilling templates, stops, test gauges
  • spare parts: brackets, covers, adapters, housing components
  • small batches: 5–100+ units without tooling costs, with volume discounts
  • Gehäuse & adapter: faste Anpassung, Varianten, Iterationen
Sample 3D printed parts: business prototypes and functional components
References (real parts): cleanly printed, tested and optimized for function/fit.

Engineering materials: which suits your application?

Temperature, UV, impact resistance and fit often count for companies. A simple orientation:

Material Typically good for Praxis-Note
PLA Schnelle prototypes, Form-/Designchecks Very efficient, but less heat-resistant and more brittle
PETG brackets, Funktionsteile, robuste applicationen Tough/robust, often very good for technical applications
ASA Outdoor, UV, warmer environments For more demanding environments, often "cleaner" look

Unsure about material? Let’s discuss it.

If temperature/UV/stress are relevant, a short technical adjustment is worthwhile - this saves iterations.

Accuracy and fits: what is realistic?

"Accuracy" strongly depends on geometry, orientation, material and part size. Very fine results are possible with suitable geometries (approximate value: up to approx. 0.05 mm in individual areas). For functional fits, we always recommend consciously tolerances/Spiel and coordinate critical dimensions.

For better fits

  • Model holes and push fits with clearance
  • Align functional surfaces sensibly
  • Design stable wall thicknesses (not "too thin")
  • For small batches: test one piece before increasing the quantity

error vermeiden

  • The STL must be printable: watertight, with no open edges
  • Avoid details too fine for FDM printing to reproduce
  • Avoid support marks on visible or functional surfaces
  • Choose a material suited to the load

Note: Accuracy figures are approximate. The result depends on geometry, material and requirements. For critical fits, we recommend a short adjustment.

Business-friendly ordering with payment by invoice and advice

Companies often need clear processes: contact person, technical queries, delivery address/project and order with order number. If you wish, we can support you with technischer consulting (material, wall thickness, fit) and enable ordering with payment by invoice (after examination / depending on the case).

B2B-Shortcut

Upload your model, calculate the price live and, if necessary, briefly write us the requirements (use, temperature, fit). This is how we quickly achieve the right result.

FAQ: 3D printing for businesses

Which files can I upload?

STL is ideal. However, you can also upload STEP/IGES/OBJ/3MF and other formats. If possible, they will be converted and then checked.

How fast bekomme ich prototypes?

It depends on geometry, material and utilization. The big advantage: You can see the price and feasibility immediately after uploading. For urgent projects: briefly state the deadline, then we will prioritize as far as possible.

Small batches: should I test one piece first?

Yes, a sample is useful for fits/function. Then you can turn up the quantity and take advantage of quantity discounts.

Minimum order value not yet reached

Physical 3D prints require a minimum order value of €10.00. You still need . Digital STL files and shipping costs do not count toward the minimum order value.
