Create a sewing machine spool cap to replace a missing disc on a smooth horizontal spool pin. Match the flange diameter, pin bore and hub length to your measurements. This does not establish compatibility with a particular sewing machine model. Adjustable dimensions: Disc diameter 28–65 mm; Finished pin bore 4–10 mm; Hub length above disc 5–18 mm. For a smooth horizontal spool pin. The flange covers the spool rim and the hub fits the pin. Does not replace clips or locking fittings. Print a short bore fit sample first; it must hold without stressing the pin. Smooth the thread-contact edge carefully and check thread travel by hand before sewing. Print flange down. Print starting point: PETG, 0.2 mm layers, four perimeters. Print in the supplied orientation. Check dimensions and fit against your own item.
