Is the screen frame still usable but its bracket has the wrong offset? This screw-mounted Z bracket can match the profile and available space. It is a rigid two-hole printed part, not a thin spring-steel clip. Window closing clearance is essential. What you can customise: Custom inside offset. Two defined screw holes on the mounting leg. Independent leg lengths and contact width. How to measure: 1. Measure contact-plane offset and space for the retaining leg. 2. Check the closed window: allow for 2.4–5 mm of printed material plus clearance. 3. Measure the screen frame hole pattern and screws; do not crush window seals. Assembly and trial fitting: 1. Screw a trial piece to a suitable screen profile. 2. Fit the frame and close the window slowly while checking contact. 3. Test retention in actual use. Use independent retention where falling presents a risk. 3D printing notes: Print on the Z-profile side as supplied, keeping layers along the legs. ASA is a candidate for outdoor use; this bracket still needs UV, temperature and retention testing. Fit and included geometry: For suitable profiles with adequate clearance. Does not replace thin metal clips in tight rebates. No tested wind rating, child restraint or fall protection. Screws are separate.
