Match roll diameter, core opening and tape width to your tape. The frame carries a separate rotating core on an M6 axle and an elevated cutting bridge. A third printed component clamps your serrated metal strip. You need an M6 axle with washers and nuts, two M3 screws and nuts, and a blade strip about 8 mm deep in the selected length and thickness. Its edge projects roughly 4 mm beyond the front support; both clamp screws sit behind it. Secure this light dispenser to your own workboard through the four 4.5 mm holes. The roll must turn freely between the side plates; choose side washers accordingly. Intended for ordinary office tape. Printing may require supports beneath the cutting bridge. Adjustable values: Outside diameter of the full tape roll: 80–130 mm; Inside diameter of the roll core: 20–50 mm; Tape-roll width: 12–30 mm; Length of your serrated cutting edge: 30–45 mm; Thickness of your tear-off blade: 0.3–1 mm.
