Flat notched spreader for water-based craft and wood glue. Rectangular notches leave parallel tracks; adapt the width and notch pattern to narrow workpieces and your own adhesive trials. A hanging hole sits above the working edge. Coating amount also depends on angle, pressure and viscosity. This is not a calibrated film-thickness tool. Do not use with hot or solvent-based adhesives. Print flat in PETG with 0.2 mm layers and at least four perimeters. Deburr the working edge and wash off fresh glue. Adjustable dimensions: Working width: 40–120 mm; Notch pitch: 4–10 mm; Notch depth: 1–4 mm. Have your own 3D printer? Configure your dimensions online, buy and download the matching STL file, then prepare the 3D model in your slicer.
