This jingle ring takes six pairs of your metal jingles. Set their diameter, the clear window height and the diameter of your smooth axle pins. The mean ring radius is 1.5 times jingle diameter plus 15 mm, with a 12 mm radial ring width. Each pair sits horizontally in one of six windows, guided by your vertical pin. The printed bore has 0.3 mm diametral clearance. The pair and its centre holes must have room to jingle freely. Secure all six pins permanently and flush at both ends without clamping the jingles. For gentle hand shaking and tapping. Print flat; inspect the bridges above the windows in your slicer and add removable supports if needed. Metal jingles and pins are not pictured. Adjustable dimensions: Metal jingle diameter: 20–35 mm; Window height: 8–18 mm; Your axle-pin diameter: 1.5–3 mm. Printing starting point: PETG, 0.2 mm layers and at least four walls.
